Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Junior Accountant to join our Finance team in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for various aspects of financial operations, including financial close processes, trader P&L management, and audit and tax reporting.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Participating in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
  • Assisting in preparing and managing trader P&L statements.
  • Providing timely responses to trader queries.
  • Contributing to annual audit and tax reporting for non-US entities.
  • Working alongside the financial accounting team to streamline and optimize business funding processes.
  • Supporting T+1 daily trading income reconciliations and helping report firm P&L to senior management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong academic background in Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Professional accounting qualification in progress.
  • Relevant experience in financial services or fintech, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
