Senior Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of a landmark multi-storey apartment development in Dublin City Centre.

This is a high-profile residential project with significant architectural and logistical complexity, ideal for a dynamic leader with a proven track record in delivering large-scale residential builds to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate all on-site construction activities from groundworks to handover.
  • Manage subcontractors, direct labour, and suppliers to ensure works are delivered efficiently and to specification.
  • Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations and enforce strict site safety standards.
  • Monitor and report on progress, quality, costs, and timelines.
  • Liaise with the Project Manager, design team, and client representatives to address issues and implement solutions.
  • Conduct regular site meetings and ensure timely communication and documentation of site activity.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and high-performance on-site.
