MatchMedics seeks a skilled Rehabilitation Psychiatrist to lead our General Adult Psychiatry service. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality rehabilitation and recovery-focused care for individuals with severe and enduring mental illness.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of rehabilitation psychiatry and mental health service delivery, as well as strong leadership skills in clinical decision-making. You will work closely with our existing Consultant group, which includes specialists in various areas of psychiatry.
Key responsibilities include leading a multidisciplinary team providing rehabilitation and recovery services, developing and implementing community-based rehabilitation programs, and supporting individuals in high-support residential settings.
