Master Data Governance Professional

Lead the implementation of master data management and governance frameworks across various brands and channels, ensuring consistency in master data definitions and integrity.

Responsibilities:
  • Leadership
    • Implement master data management strategies to drive business performance and insights.
    • Establish ownership and responsibilities for master data across the organization.
    • Ensure data quality and accuracy across Material, Customer, Vendor, and Consumer domains.
  • Process Optimisation
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure master data supports business processes.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration
    • Integrate master data management processes into existing systems and workflows.
    • Collaborate with the data governance team to ensure appropriate technical systems are introduced and established across relevant data domains.
  • Governance & Reporting
    • Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.
    • Establish a governance structure for data quality, including data stewards and process owners.
    • Audit master data regularly to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in master data management, data governance, or data engineering.
  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices.
  • At least 3 years of people management experience.
  • Strong influential skills and ability to build relationships at a senior level.
  • Ability to set priorities while striving for financial results.
