Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing Multiple Food and Beverage Outlets: Effectively manage the smooth and efficient operation of assigned food and beverage outlets, ensuring seamless service delivery to guests.
  • Supporting Team Members: Provide support to other food and beverage outlets as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Reservations and Liaison: Manage reservations for assigned outlets and liaise with relevant departments regarding special requests, maintaining excellent communication standards.
  • Maintaining Luxury Standards: Uphold the highest standards of luxury for guests, consistently delivering exceptional service and amenities.
  • Audit and Quality Control: Conduct regular audits to maintain consistency among team members, ensuring adherence to quality protocols.
  • Communicating Hotel Vision: Communicate hotel vision, mission, and values to team members, incorporating them into daily activities and driving business success.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of service areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Ambiance and Environment: Control ambiance in departments, including lighting, music, and temperature, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Reporting Defects: Report defective materials and equipment to appropriate departments, prioritizing guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Implementing Initiatives: Implement new initiatives within agreed timeframes, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Setting Objectives: Set and achieve personal objectives annually, aligning with business goals and strategic plans.
  • Attending Meetings: Attend meetings as required, ensuring management presence during peak service times and driving decision-making processes.
  • Security and Compliance: Maintain a high level of security throughout the hotel, adhering to regulatory requirements and best practices.
