We are currently seeking a highly skilled Human Resource Generalist to join our team.

This is a key role within the HR department, responsible for supporting the growth and development of the organization through strategic HR initiatives and activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and delivering onsite induction programs tailored to meet the needs of employees.
  • SUPPORTING THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT STRATEGIES.
  • Maintaining accurate records of employee data and providing detailed reports as required.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 2+ years' experience in a similar HR role within the hospitality sector.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a keen eye for attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM's.
  • A strong ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
