A leader is needed to join our fast-paced team. You'll oversee daily operations, staff development, and community engagement. This role involves running the store with autonomy while driving sales, profitability, and an outstanding customer experience.

As a lead team member, you will report to and provide ongoing support to the store manager. You will work as part of a team with colleagues to ensure that the restaurant meets or exceeds targets established for their unit.

  • Work closely with your store manager to deliver amazing service every day.
  • Supervise the activities of team members daily and ensure necessary tasks are completed.
  • Always be 100% focused on the customer and your team around you.
  • Be hands-on and lead from the front, committed to developing your team.
  • Train the team on all aspects of our operations.
  • Coordinate in-store sales and promotions.
  • Assist the store manager as appropriate in employee relations.

Your Profile:

  • A minimum of 2 years of management experience in the food industry is required.
  • Demonstrate excellent organisational, communication, and planning skills.
  • Be passionate about customer service.
  • Be able to conduct yourself professionally at all times, especially when in the public eye.
  • You must be 100% customer-focused, innovative, motivating, and energetic for this hands-on role.
  • Knowledge of food safety is required (HACCP).
  • You must be flexible to work a mixture of days, evenings, and weekends.
