Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Supervisor to join our team in this exciting Day Shift role. As a QA Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising employees and quality activities across various areas of production to ensure smooth and continuous operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise employees and quality activities pertaining to product production and/or manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to quality and technical knowledge.
  • Oversee scheduling of work orders and team performance metrics, ensuring effective utilization of resources.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing for all positions, including conducting performance reviews and resolving performance issues.
  • Accountable for productivity and quality metrics of staff, providing regular progress reports to management and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Lead improvement projects, partner with engineering on investigations and corrective actions, perform non-conformance investigations for review with engineering, and assure documentation content validity.
  • Document owner for assigned product line inspection procedures, monitoring labor variances to meet established standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (level 7)
  • Sufficient experience in related manufacturing, quality, and/or product development engineering, with 4+ years Supervisory experience.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience leading multi-cultural teams with cultural sensitivity.
  • Project management experience.
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, preferably JDE.
  • Experience working in a medical device industry, preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills, possessing strong collaboration skills in partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve objectives.
