About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced GP to join our team as a Medical Practice Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our primary care facilities and ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing healthcare teams and delivering high-quality patient outcomes.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of GPs and nurses to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our primary care facilities
  • Work closely with our medical specialists and HSE primary care teams to develop and implement new healthcare initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a GP or in a senior management position in a healthcare setting
  • An excellent understanding of primary care services and healthcare policy
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Experience of working with multidisciplinary teams, including medical specialists, nurses, and allied health professionals
