Job Title:

Senior Civil Design Engineer Opportunity

This role offers the chance to lead the development of public transport infrastructure, with a focus on supporting the roll out of terminals in key locations nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project lead for all activities involved in securing terminals needed to support redesigned networks
  • Maintenance of comprehensive lists of new and altered bus terminals
  • Management of option development, feasibility assessment and choice of preferred options
  • Registration of progress on work to define, agree, design and deliver new and altered bus terminals
  • Delivery of detailed design, powers, construction and commissioning of new and altered bus terminals
  • Liaison with Transport Operators, Local Authorities and other stakeholders

The successful candidate will require an EU passport or Stamp 4 visa, with experience in similar roles preferably exceeding 10 years in civil/traffic design engineering. On-site work at various locations nationwide is expected to comprise a minimum of 20% of the overall workload.
