Job Title: Environmental Health Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Environmental Health Specialist to take on the challenge of ensuring environmental compliance.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and audits.
  • Lead incident response efforts, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and deliver EHS training programs for employees and contractors.
  • Implement proactive measures to improve safety performance through behavior-based safety initiatives.
  • Oversee environmental reporting, permitting, waste management, and sustainability projects.
  • Communicate effectively with regulatory bodies and represent the organization during inspections or audits.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CSP, CIH, NEBOSH, or equivalent are preferred.
Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an EHS role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of EHS legislation and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
