Full Time Early Years Childcare Educator

We are seeking a qualified and experienced professional to deliver a comprehensive preschool program aligned with the Siolta principles and Aistear quality framework.

This is a full-time permanent position working with children aged between 2-5 years old in a full-day care setting.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement a high-quality preschool program that meets the needs of all children.
  • Create a warm, inclusive environment for daily development and holistic growth of children.
  • Establish positive relationships with children, caregivers, and colleagues.
  • Develop and implement a curriculum focusing on key areas of child development, considering individual input.
  • Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment, addressing wellbeing issues as they arise.
  • Engage with children to observe their needs, learning styles, and provide suitable support.

The successful candidate will have a minimum Fetac level 5 qualification and excellent communication skills. We value education, dedication, and compassion in our team members.
