Job Description

The position of Senior Payments Analyst has become available at our organization. This role will be based in Kilkenny and offers hybrid working arrangements, providing a better work-life balance.

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to manage key business processes, including month-end and year-end cycles, as well as internal and external audits from an accounting and controlling standpoint.
  • This role will involve the maintenance of financial ledgers and accounting processes, ensuring balance sheet integrity.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for acting as the primary liaison between our team and other departments, overseeing and managing various responsibilities.
  • Project management skills are essential for this position, as is the ability to coordinate and manage stakeholders and contributors both internally and externally.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, along with two years' experience in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior experience with SAP ERP systems is necessary.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Intermediate personal computer skills are required, including electronic mail, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and delegate assignments.
  • Solution-focused problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
