As a Residential Care Leader, you will play a crucial role in shaping the care environment and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. We require a compassionate and experienced leader who can inspire and motivate our team to provide exceptional care.
The successful candidate will possess at least 3 years' experience in a management capacity in health and social care, with a post-registration management qualification in health or a related field.
- Responsibilities include:
- Planning and managing the on-call rota with Deputy Home Manager(s) and CNMs.
- Educating and supporting staff to ensure compliance with policies and procedures on a 24-hour basis.
