Senior Consultant - EU, Competition Law

Our firm is seeking a talented lawyer to join our team in Dublin. As a Senior Consultant, you will be part of a well-established and experienced group that advises on complex national and international deals for both private and public sector clients.

Job Description:

The role involves advising on a wide range of areas including competition law, public procurement & state aid, compliance, dawn raids & investigations, EU law, Brexit, regulatory, food & drinks, transport, communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising on complex legal issues related to EU, competition, and procurement law
  • Developing and implementing strategies to mitigate risks and optimize opportunities
  • Providing high-quality legal advice and guidance to clients
  • Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements:

We are seeking applications from solicitors or barristers with 1–4 years' PQE in EU, competition, and ideally procurement law. The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong technical, analytical, and drafting skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A proactive, team-focused approach
  • Genuine interest in competition, procurement, and EU regulatory matters
