The Backend Developer will contribute to Tether's open-source toolkit for building self-custodial wallet applications across mobile and desktop platforms. This position involves technical design, implementation, and collaboration with other teams to advance the toolkit's capabilities. Prior experience with the creation of wallets or in DeFi will be beneficial.

Responsibilities include creating innovative solutions, ensuring backend services remain responsive and real-time, upholding security standards, and developing complex platforms and APIs. A quick learner with strong understanding and experience implementing best security practices is required.
