Job DescriptionAs a Retail Customer Service Associate, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences by anticipating and meeting the needs of our clients. You will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, suggest suitable solutions, and provide personalized support throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service
- Provide expert advice on printing, signs & graphics, and shipping products and services.
- Anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and find solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process complex customer orders using order systems and provide accurate pricing information.
- Assemble parcels and prepare goods for shipping, including wrapping, boxing, weighing, and labeling.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- 6+ months of specialized experience in retail customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Work Environment
- Ability to stand during the shift (excluding meal/rest periods).
- Ability to move and lift up to 55 pounds.
- Ability to bend/twist at the waist and knees as required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members.
