Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our PMO team in a key role supporting excellence in project delivery. The successful candidate will lead and govern cross-functional projects on site, working closely with project sponsors to ensure project scope is fully defined and understood.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in project management, with experience in applying various project execution methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum etc.). They will also be proficient in the use of project management tools/software and have experience leading cross-functional matrix project teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 6+ years industry experience with at least 4 of those years working in a project management role.
  • Experienced in the application of project execution methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum etc).
  • Proficiency in the use of project management tools / software
  • Experience in leading cross-functional matrix project teams
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Science or related field

Pharmaceutical industry experience is highly desirable, as well as project management qualifications such as PMP certification.
