About the Role

We are looking for a caring and passionate individual to join our team as an Optical Assistant. As a Trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and confidence in a supportive environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers into store and provide exceptional customer service
  • Book in eye tests and pre-screen patients
  • Provide style advice and measure frames
  • Taking phone calls and answering queries
