Chief Digital Transformation Officer

We are seeking an experienced transformation leader to drive our modernisation journey within the R&D laboratory space.
This role requires strong leadership skills, as you will be embedded as a key advisor for senior stakeholders, ensuring the initiative delivers measurable impact across ways of working, organisational design, and enabling technology.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years' background in leading large-scale modernisation programmes, with exposure to cosmetics, consumer goods, or laboratory/R&D environments being a significant advantage.
- Lead an end-to-end digital change journey
- Facilitate high-level workshops
- Support re-design of processes, structures, and operating models
You will act as a trusted sounding board for executives in R&D and innovation, guiding them through the transformation process.
Key qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience in leading large-scale modernisation programmes
- Knowledge of cosmetics, consumer goods, or laboratory/R&D environments
