Responsibilities:
  1. Plan, coordinate, and oversee electrical project tasks from sales order to completion.
  2. Analyse portfolio performance, including KPI monitoring, budgeting, cost control, risk management, client billing, and cash flow.
  3. Implement business operating systems to improve efficiency throughout the organisation, focusing on project management.
  4. Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and scope delivery.
  5. Work closely with QS and client teams to ensure project goals are met.
  6. Actively participate in implementing lean principles to streamline work activities.
The Ideal Candidate:
  1. A qualified Level 8 Degree in Project Management or Electrical Engineering is essential.
  2. Strong technical knowledge of the electrical construction/utility industry is required.
  3. At least 5 years of experience in project management, delivering successful projects.
  4. Excellent commercial acumen and client relationship management skills.
  5. Experience with project management tools to streamline planning, tracking, and reporting processes.
