Delivering Exceptional Service as a Car Driver at Dublin Airport

We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious car driver to join our team at Dublin Airport. As part of our Airside Transport Services, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth experience for our customers.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic operation that prioritizes customer satisfaction. Our team focuses on delivering a seamless parking experience, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for excellent service.

The Role:

As a Full Time driver, your primary responsibility will be to safely drive customer vehicles to and from designated parking bays. You will also ensure all cars are parked and returned correctly and securely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate customer vehicles to and from designated parking areas
  • Park and return vehicles correctly and securely
  • Follow vehicle key check-in/check-out processes using our secure locker system
  • Report any damage, incidents, or suspicious activity to the Reception team and relevant authorities
  • Work collaboratively with a friendly, professional team to deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements:

• Full Irish/EU Category B driving licence (held for at least 12 months)

• Experience driving right-hand drive vehicles confidently

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A customer-first mindset and professional attitude

• Physical stamina to move between vehicles and reception during shifts

• Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and bank holidays
