About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our Global Data Services team. As a key member of the Index Data Management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of index data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform detailed data analysis to identify and resolve data issues.
  • Collaborate with vendors and business partners to resolve data quality issues.
  • Manage helpdesk queries and implement process enhancements for efficient data loading, quality checks, and reporting.
  • Assist in defining and executing test plans and support user acceptance testing for process enhancements.
  • Proactively participate in and manage various projects/initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret equity and fixed income index data. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as you will work closely with colleagues and business partners to achieve goals and objectives.
