At our organization, we provide interpretation services in medical settings.
- Provide in-person and phone interpretation services in medical settings to facilitate effective communication between patients and healthcare providers.
- E nsure accurate and culturally sensitive communication through meticulous attention to detail and empathetic understanding of diverse patient needs.
- Adhere to the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethics in all interactions with patients and healthcare teams.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of exceptional patient care.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Proficiency in the Bengali language and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Previous interpreting experience in a medical or healthcare setting (desired).
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills to build trust with patients and healthcare professionals.
- A commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
- A professional demeanor and ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
