Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide coaching and guidance to department leaders, strengthening their ability to effectively lead and support their teams.
  2. Collaborate with the Learning & Development Manager to design and implement impactful growth and performance programs.
  3. Champion a culture of feedback, supporting leaders in setting performance goals and addressing development needs.
  4. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, offering tailored solutions for talent development and team dynamics.
Workplace Culture & Employee Wellbeing
  1. Foster a workplace environment that promotes open communication, collaboration, and alignment with Adare Manor's values.
  2. Lead the employee wellbeing agenda, embedding principles into daily activities and implementing cost-effective, impactful strategies.
  3. Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention, regularly monitoring key metrics and trends to develop proactive solutions.
HR Operations & Compliance
  1. Oversee HR daily operations, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies.
  2. Manage all reward and benefit programs, ensuring they remain competitive and reflective of our Employee Value Proposition.
  3. Partner with the Talent team to deliver a seamless and elevated candidate experience, supporting recruitment and manning guidelines to meet business needs.
  4. Maintain accurate employee records and oversee the preparation of regular reports on key HR metrics, such as retention and engagement.
Strategic Initiatives
  1. Collaborate with the Director of HR to define and execute strategies aligned with Adare Manor's vision and business goals.
  2. Lead cross-departmental HR projects that enhance operational excellence and elevate employee satisfaction.
  3. Drive the development and implementation of Adare Manor's Employer Brand, ensuring our position as a preferred luxury employer.
  4. Anticipate future workforce trends and design talent strategies to maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
Employee Relations

Act as a key point of contact for resolving employee concerns, disputes, and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.

  1. Provide ongoing coaching to leaders on handling sensitive employee matters with professionalism and care.
  2. Ensure employment policies are current, communicated effectively, and aligned with overall business objectives.
Human Resources Team
  1. Manage and mentor the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  2. Serve as the primary HR leader in the absence of the Director of HR, ensuring seamless department operations.
  3. Promote an inclusive culture where all team members feel valued and empowered to contribute to Adare Manor's success.
Required Qualifications
  1. A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; CIPD qualification is highly desirable.
  2. Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally within the luxury hospitality or service industry.
  3. Deep understanding of employment law and HR best practices, with a track record of ensuring compliance.
  4. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals.
  5. Strong expertise in employee relations.
  6. Experience managing benefits and wellbeing initiatives.
  7. Proficiency in HR systems, with strong analytical and reporting skills.
