General Operative Role Overview

Job Description:

The General Operative will form part of a dynamic production team in Enniskerry. Key responsibilities include working efficiently to meet deadlines, maintaining a safe working environment and supporting the smooth operation of our production facility.

About the Role
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production targets and contribute to achieving organisational goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and report any discrepancies or issues promptly.
  • Participate in regular health and safety training and adhere to established procedures.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a production environment, preferably in a similar role.
  • Forklift experience and licence is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential for this position.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
