Job Title: UAT Leads - S4 HANA (SAP SD/MM)

Our client is seeking a skilled UAT Lead to drive end-to-end User Acceptance Testing efforts for their SAP S/4 HANA implementation.

About the Role:
  • Lead the end-to-end UAT process for SAP S/4 HANA SD and MM workstreams.
  • Work closely with business users, functional teams, and system integrators to define and validate test scenarios.
  • Manage test planning, execution, and defect triage, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Coordinate and support business testers, providing clear guidance and test materials.
  • Track testing progress, report risks and issues, and ensure alignment with the overall program timeline.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and evidence to support audit and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a UAT Lead in large-scale SAP S4 HANA implementations, especially in SD and MM modules.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes in Sales & Distribution and Materials Management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and risk mitigation.
  • Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g. JIRA) and testing best practices.
