About Your New Position

  • Support the board, executive management team & committees in company secretarial matters
  • Prepare and distribute board and committee meeting materials
  • Compile and distribute minutes of and matters arising from board and committee meetings
  • Maintain and update the statutory register
  • Deliver and support corporate governance
  • Stay informed on legislative and regulatory changes affecting company secretarial practices
  • Display a high level of discretion in the handling of confidential information
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders

Key Requirements

  • A Professional Company Secretary Qualification and/or a third-level qualification in a related field
  • 3-5 years + post qualification experience in the role of company secretary
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated strong communication both written and verbal and inter-personal skills
