Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate leasing applications thoroughly, making informed decisions in accordance with company policies
  • Prepare and sign notices, review payment plans, and manage collection accounts efficiently
  • Resolve escalated resident concerns, ensuring a high level of service is provided to our residents
  • Ensure all work orders are completed accurately and on time, maintaining the quality of our properties
  • Review, approve, decline, code, and manage purchase orders and invoices within approved budgets
  • Conduct regular site and suite inspections, preparing deficiency reports, and making recommendations for preventative maintenance
  • Submit required forms and documents, staying compliant with industry regulations
  • Stay informed about market trends and conditions through ongoing market surveys
  • Recommend new market rents based on your findings
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in residential property management, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Exceptional leadership skills, including the ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation, such as the Residential Tenancies Act and Occupational Health & Safety Act
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Yardi software
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Criminal background check required (paid by Intragen BV)
  • A valid G driver's license and automotive insurance with minimum liability coverage
