The role of Clinical Trial Start Up Associate is crucial in the success of clinical development. This position requires a dynamic individual who can initiate site activities, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and effectively communicate with sites.

Job Description:

This associate will provide clinical trial capabilities in support of clinical development. The key responsibilities include obtaining clinical trial authorizations and ethical approvals, managing records, and conducting site training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate investigator site activities, including collection and submission of regulatory documents, customization and negotiation of informed consent documents
  • Serve as the point of contact for a site's ERB and Competent Authority (CA) (where applicable)
  • Track and ensure site compliance to required training
  • Effectively drive timelines aligned with company priorities
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree preferably in a scientific or health-related field. They should also have applied knowledge of project management processes and skills, effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, self-management, and organizational skills.

Native Romanian speakers with fluency in English are essential for this role.
