**Job Description: C&Q Validation Engineer**

Cpl Healthcare is hiring a highly skilled C&Q Validation Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing thermal mapping, process development, and validation support to pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execution of cycle development and performance qualification studies on upstream and/or downstream process equipment.
  • Analyse cycle performance data, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements where necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing sterilisation and washing needs.
  • Liaise with internal and supplier SMEs as required.

We require a degree or comparable qualification in an engineering, science, or validation discipline, and relevant experience in the pharma industry. Strong understanding of sterilisation principles, regulatory guidelines (e.g., EU GMP annex 1, ISO 17665), and GMP washing principles is essential.
