The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting exquisite dishes in the restaurant kitchen.
This is a full-time permanent position requiring a strong passion for fine dining cuisine, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Culinary Expert in a fine dining environment, with a proven track record of creating exceptional culinary experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Mise en place and service in the restaurant kitchen
- Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes
- Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service
Professional Cookery qualification/catering education/or kitchen training
Full Culinary Expert experience in fine dining environment
Experience working on main courses
Food Hygiene training/experience
