About This Role

  • We verify plans and drawings, and supervise subcontractors to ensure timely completion.
  • Efficient planning and coordination are key to meeting strict deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Oversight of quality control and safety measures on sites is critical to maintaining a safe working environment.
Responsibilities
  1. Schedule and coordinate site activities to meet project timelines.
  2. Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  3. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards.
  4. Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports and incident logs.
Requirements
  • Experience within the construction industry, preferably in a main or specialist contractor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes and project execution.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office, Project, or similar software packages.
