About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Ledger Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the general ledger for multiple international legal entities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with US GAAP;
  • Manage VAT reporting for each legal entity;
  • Liaise with statutory auditors and Corporate Finance team;
  • Finalise corporate income tax computation and return;
  • Assist with UAT testing for ERP project upgrades;

This role requires strong technical accounting skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and organisational abilities. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in industry or practice accounting, with knowledge of Oracle systems an advantage.

Requirements

The following qualifications and experience are essential:

  • Fully qualified accountant;
  • 1-5 years' experience in industry or practice accounting required;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and with excellent spreadsheet skills;
  • Team player with good communications and organisation skills and a flexible attitude;
  • Ability to provide accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of their role is required.
