Job RoleThe role of a Social Care Worker and Assistant Support Worker at Nua Healthcare Services involves providing care and support to individuals with complex needs. This includes assisting with daily living tasks, supporting individuals with education and skills development, and fostering positive relationships with service users, families, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with complex needs
- Assist with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry
- Support individuals with education, skills development, and achieving personal outcomes
- Foster positive relationships with service users, families, and colleagues
- Full Driver's Licence required or in the process of achieving
- Good attitude to work and passion for supporting people
- No qualification required for Assistant Support Worker (training provided)
- Level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or related discipline for Social Care Worker
