We are seeking an experienced technician to join our team as a Motor Vehicle Technician. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance.
As a Motor Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for performing a range of tasks including vehicle inspections, diagnostic testing, and repair work. You will also be expected to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standards.
The ideal candidate will have experience working on a variety of vehicles and will possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Key responsibilities
- Perform routine vehicle inspections to identify any potential issues or areas for improvement
- Conduct diagnostic testing to determine the cause of any problems or malfunctions
- Carry out repair work to a high standard, using a range of tools and equipment
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standards
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and provide detailed reports to customers
Requirements
- Experience working on a variety of vehicles, including cars and light commercial vehicles
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently, meeting deadlines and quality standards
- Familiarity with safety procedures and protocols

Working conditions
This is a full-time position, working 37 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
