About the Job
  • This role involves both people management and technical contribution to the Endpoint product within Forcepoint.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting top talent, establishing a positive and innovative culture, and delivering high-quality software to our customers.
  • We are seeking an experienced manager to work with a strong team in developing the latest features for a market-leading company in data protection.
Main Responsibilities
  • Work directly with software engineers globally to ensure product quality objectives are achieved.
  • Responsible for end-to-end delivery of all CI activities across multiple projects.
  • Propose and drive architecture improvements, recommending process improvements.
  • Manage installer creation and deployment.
  • Develop configuration and infrastructure solutions for internal deployments.
  • Evaluate new technology options and vendor products, ensuring critical system security using best-in-class security solutions.
