Warehouse Operative Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our warehouse team as a Warehouse Operative. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Operate forklifts and work independently when necessary.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions meticulously.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to meet business requirements efficiently.
  • Execute warehouse tasks with efficiency, maintaining product, inventory, and process integrity.
  • Sustain an output level consistent with other team members.
  • Monitor inventory for errors and report them promptly to supervisors.
  • Stay informed about cycle counting and maintain inventory accuracy.

  • Proficient in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
  • Physical fitness is essential for packing and loading responsibilities.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving targets and pick rates.
