About the Job

Medtronic Vascular Galway UC seeks a talented Manufacturing Engineer II to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading production support, including line and audit support, equipment and fixturing development, Gemba support, and Continuous Process Improvement projects.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in all areas of production support
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes and equipment
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing design and manufacturing issues
  • Provide technical solutions via analysis and hands-on interaction
  • Compile, document, and present learnings to project and functional teams
  • Manage small projects and lead cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Electronics, or Biomedical Engineering
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in industry, preferably in MedTech
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in English, both in writing and speaking
