Gene Therapy Production Specialist Opportunity
">Job DescriptionThis role involves working in a cleanroom environment, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) while contributing to the production and improvement of Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products (ATMP).
Responsibilities:- Perform manufacturing tasks to produce high-quality gene therapy products.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, always ready for inspection.
- Follow safety guidelines and report any health or safety concerns.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key aspects of this position include performing manufacturing tasks, maintaining a clean workspace, following safety protocols, communicating effectively, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality gene therapy products while adhering to GMP standards.
Some essential skills required for this role include attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, comfort working in a cleanroom environment, basic IT skills, clear communication, proactive problem-solving, previous experience in a GMP manufacturing environment, and fluency in English.
