Job Title: Pharmaceutical Production Specialist
">- Operate and monitor equipment, execute processes and procedures related to the manufacture of commercial large-scale drug substances at a manufacturing facility in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
- Prepare, use business systems and carry out tasks including cleaning, validation, in-process testing and basic maintenance of equipment.
Working Relationships:
- Collaborate with the manufacturing operations group, project design team, CQV team and automation representatives to facilitate the development and validation of the manufacturing facility.
- Support equipment design reviews and programming for room operations.
Requirements:
- Experience in a GMP manufacturing environment is required.
- Level 7 qualification in a science or engineering discipline is mandatory.
- A good understanding of drug substance manufacturing operations is beneficial.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment. Key performance indicators (KPIs) include EHS metrics, production plan, overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), compliance and team training.
