Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Model Risk Management Compliance Tech team. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge regulatory and compliance technologies in a collaborative and agile environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements.
  • Collaborate with development teams to deliver effective, service-oriented solutions.
  • Analyse and navigate complex data structures, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Create user stories, feature maps, and support UX workflow/mocks when needed.
  • Drive Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

Solid SQL and relational database knowledge.

Experience with APIs and service-oriented architecture.

Previous experience working closely with developers.


Preferred Qualifications

Ability to create UX workflow diagrams/mockups.

Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Ideal for someone who transitioned from a development background to analytics and can independently navigate data and tech concepts.
