About the Role: We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator and Analyst to join our dynamic team at Brightwater. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a growing industry, develop your analytical and problem-solving skills, and make a real impact on our workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality administrative support to our HR Manager, including data analysis, report creation, and policy implementation.
- Analyse HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving employee engagement, retention, and overall company culture.
- Develop and implement new HR systems and processes to streamline information management and improve efficiency.
- Organise engaging onboarding and induction programmes to ensure new employees feel valued and supported.
- Ensure compliance with internal HR audits and provide support to employees as needed.
What You'll Bring: To succeed in this role, you will need strong administrative skills, excellent communication skills, and a knack for analysing data and solving problems. You should also be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
