We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and support the scoping and delivery of technology and process optimization initiatives. This role requires strong project management capabilities with a focus on implementing technical solutions and driving continuous process improvements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of project and program management methodologies, Agile delivery experience, and the ability to troubleshoot and document complex systems. Additionally, they should have experience implementing technology solutions and possess knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM.
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing requirements, performing gap analysis, co-designing solutions, and supporting testing, implementation, and post-go-live phases. You will also manage project plans, timelines, budgets, RAID logs, and action tracking for tech/process initiatives. Furthermore, you will develop and execute detailed test cases to validate software functionality against requirements.
