Job Title: Principal Systems Engineer

In this role, you will lead the design and development of complex electro-mechanical systems for our clients. You will be responsible for defining and maintaining system and product architectures, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.


You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product transitions and resolve field issues. Your strong communication and collaboration skills will enable you to influence across teams and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of complex electro-mechanical systems
  • Define and maintain system and product architectures

Requirements:
  • Experience in R&D for complex electro-mechanical systems (medical devices, diagnostics, lab automation, or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of systems engineering, from requirements to architecture, integration, and verification
  • Proficient in designing experiments, analyzing data, and drawing actionable insights
  • Able to work through ambiguity and bring clarity in fast-paced, agile settings
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to influence across teams
  • Proven ability to manage complex technical projects and deliver results
  • Self-driven, curious, and eager to explore new technologies and methods
