Warehouse Operative Job Summary

J&S Automotive, part of a leading distributor group, is seeking skilled Warehouse Operatives to work in our Dublin 12 site. The successful candidate will be responsible for replenishing stock levels and ensuring timely despatch of sales orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Replenish stock levels to meet customer demand.
  • Ensure sales orders are accurately picked and dispatched within the agreed timeframe.
  • Maintain a tidy and orderly stockroom environment.
  • Verify that stock leaves with the correct paperwork and signatures.
  • Handle occasional customer queries at the collections counter.
  • Process customer returns and warranty claims.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong communication and IT skills.
  • Good work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
  • High level of accuracy in daily tasks.
  • Desirable: Forklift license and manual handling experience.

Working Hours and Benefits:

Monday – Friday: 09:00 to 18:00 or 10:00 to 19:00.

Overtime available: Saturday & midweek.
