About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Planner/Scheduler – Electrical to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning activities and progress reporting of electrical works for large-scale Data Centre projects. You will work closely with the Site Lead Planner to ensure accurate and timely completion of construction schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed EPC construction schedules for baseline agreement with clients
  • Complete schedule health checks prior to baselining for accuracy, integrity, and critical path validation
  • Resource loading schedules, produce and track KPIs
  • Ensure accuracy and timely updating of construction schedules
  • Track planned versus actual EV progress
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective issue management and resolution
  • Attend site meetings as required (internal and client-based)

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced planner with a strong background in electrical and HVAC systems. You should have relevant 3rd-level qualifications and at least 5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably including M&E contracting experience. Experience in Primavera P6 software is essential, and you should be able to interrogate and challenge main contractor programmes where necessary.
