Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Manager to join our team, responsible for sourcing products, negotiating contracts with suppliers, developing supply relationships, managing risks, and improving supply performance.
Key Accountabilities
- Sourcing and Contracting
- Source business suppliers to meet our needs, ensuring quality, cost, and service levels are met.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure optimal prices and terms.
- Build strong relationships with existing and new suppliers to ensure continued high quality and standards.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, service improvements, and process enhancements within the department.
Requirements
- You have at least 5 years' experience in a procurement role, preferably in a management or leadership position.
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in business, procurement, or a related field.
- You have previous experience in the FMCG or similar industry, preferably with fresh food distributors, vending machine companies, or supermarket procurement.
