
Social Care Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our social care team in providing high-quality support to vulnerable young people in residential settings.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering effective leadership and management skills, as well as developing and implementing personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual young person.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic guidance and direction to a team of social care professionals, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver exceptional care.
- Care Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the complex needs of young people, including protection, support, and empowerment.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, as required by regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other agencies and professionals to ensure seamless support and coordination for young people.
- A minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or relevant equivalent.
- At least 2 years' experience working with young people in residential settings.
- A full, clean manual driver's license valid in Ireland.
- In-depth knowledge of Irish National Standards in Children's Residential Centres.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland.
