Technical Support Opportunity in Galway
">Our client, a leading multinational company in the medical devices and healthcare sector, is based in Galway, Ireland. They are seeking a German-speaking Technical Support Associate to join their fast-paced Technical Support department.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Handle inbound customer calls and emails professionally
- Provide first-level troubleshooting and resolve customer issues across the product range by asking targeted questions
- Document complaints and inquiries according to company guidelines
- Communicate investigation outcomes to customers via phone and in writing
- Manage and prioritize group mailboxes to ensure timely responses
- Resolve inquiries and complaints within KPI targets for individuals, team, and company
- Identify process improvements to enhance the customer experience
- Maintain and share product expertise within the Technical Support team
Requirements:
">- 3rd Level Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in any discipline (Science, Biomedical, Medical Transcription, Healthcare, Nursing, Engineering) preferred but not essential
- Call center or administrative experience also accepted
- Fluent in German and English required
- Desirable: Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical/clinical environment or a customer-facing support role capable of handling technical complaints professionally
